Melting
TSF’s dual-facility infrastructure powers industry with versatility. Foundry No.1 utilizes large furnaces for massive heavy-duty castings, while Foundry 2 specializes in precision work. Casting materials from carbon steel to Nickel alloys, TSF delivers strength and metallurgical excellence.
Heat treatment and fettling
TSF optimizes casting durability through advanced heat treatment using 11 furnaces ranging up to 20 tons. From annealing to precision quenching, our PLC-controlled processes ensure mechanical excellence and full digital traceability for consistent, high-quality results.
Inspection & NDT
