Metallurgical Versatility: Casting the Full Spectrum of Industrial Casting Alloys

At the heart of Tabarestan Steel Foundry’s production capability lies a robust and versatile melting infrastructure. Our operations are divided between two specialized foundries, allowing us to manage everything from massive industrial castings to intricate, high-precision components with equal efficiency.

Foundry No. 1: The Heavy-Duty Division Designed for high-capacity output and large-scale components, Foundry No. 1 is equipped with powerful furnaces capable of handling significant tonnage.

  • 7-Ton Double Induction Furnace: The workhorse of our heavy line, ensuring consistent throughput.
  • 8-Ton Arc Furnace: This unit is strategically maintained on standby, specifically reserved for special orders that demand the highest levels of metallurgical purity and quality control.
  • 3-Ton Induction Furnace: Provides flexibility for mid-sized casting requirements.
  • 1-Ton Induction Furnace: Allows for smaller batch processing within the heavy facility.

Foundry No. 2: The Precision Division Our second facility is optimized for agility and precision, catering to smaller weight classes and specialized alloy runs.

  • 1-Ton Induction Furnace: bridging the gap between medium and small-scale production.
  • 750 Kg Induction Furnace: Ideal for specialized alloy batches.
  • 200 Kg Induction Furnace: Perfect for prototyping, sample testing, and low-volume, high-value alloys.
